Tehnical Account Manager
🎯YOUR MISSION
As a Marketplace Technical Account Manager, you will join our talented team to support our international merchants throughout their technical onboarding and ensure their day-to-day technical support.
Your goal: enable their growth and long-term success on our platform.
Your main responsibilities:
Lead the technical onboarding phase for sellers: planning, providing recommendations on different technical models, coordinating training sessions and related support materials.
Support sellers in the technical setup of their online stores.
Manage technical configurations and conduct integration-related testing.
Create and maintain internal documentation.
Act as a Level 2 technical support contact, working closely with our business teams (mainly New Account and Key Account Managers) across different countries (France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Poland).
Identify, escalate, and resolve integration-related issues.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Marketplace model by proposing and leading initiatives to optimize technical onboarding and enhance the seller experience.
🥇YOUR PROFILE
Technical skills (hard skills):
More than 3 years of experience in e-commerce, IT consulting, integration, or software (SAS).
Fluency in French, English, and Romanian (knowledge of other European languages is a plus).
Strong command of Google Workspace, XML, Excel/CSV, and standard office tools.
Knowledge of APIs is a plus.
You will work daily with the following tools: Zendesk, Mirakl, Salesforce.
Soft skills:
Strong organizational skills and a results-driven mindset with a high level of initiative.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interest in web technologies and e-commerce.
Adaptability, flexibility, and strong team spirit.
