What you will do:
Digital Product Management
You will collaborate with business stakeholders and other product leaders to identify needs and build the corresponding backlog for our core system (covering key processes within Purchasing, Supply Chain, and In-store Operations);
You will define and prioritize the backlog, including the creation of epics and user stories, based on product strategy, customer business value, implementation costs, and resource availability;
You will ensure transparency regarding the backlog, high-level planning, and key results through regular communication, making sure user story scope aligns with business priorities;
Together with the IT Performance Leader, you will monitor the product budget and assess the value delivered through implemented user stories (new functionalities and continuous improvements).
Operational Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the support and maintenance of the digital product;
You will monitor key performance indicators related to support and development activities (on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis);
You will work closely with a dedicated development team, managing the backlog, sprint planning, and refinement of user stories;
You will ensure deliverables are prepared and delivered according to project deadlines;
You will make sure the team always has a clear and sufficient backlog to work on, sprint by sprint;
You will actively contribute to removing impediments that may impact successful sprint delivery;
You will support testing activities throughout QA and UAT phases until sprint go-live;
You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives together with business, IT delivery, and IT support teams.
What we expect from you:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Product Owner role;
Technical skills: good level;
English: advanced level;
Agile methodologies: proficient;
French: considered an advantage;
Experience in the retail industry: a strong plus.
